To view the rest of the forum, please create an account using your full name and oxford email address. Or use facebook connect. This way it's clear who everyone is and I can ensure only WCBC men have access to the forum. I hear Louloudis is already worried about what training we're up to.
Keep a training log in your own topic in the training logs section. Make a new post rather than editing posts, so we know you've done something new.
If you don't put training in your log, we'll presume you aren't doing it. The coaches will keep track of training and offer advice throughout the holiday.
If you want more specific advice then post in the ask a coach section.
Otherwise feel free to discuss rowing in the discuss rowing section or anything else in the other section.
